จากนโยบาย ‘นักสืบฝุ่น’ และ ‘การตรวจสอบมลพิษในโรงงาน’ จะทำให้ กทม.ตรวจสอบพบผู้กระทำความผิดปล่อยมลพิษเกินค่ามาตรฐานได้

ดังนั้น กทม.จะดำเนินมาตรการจากเบาไปหาหนักเพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการต่างๆ ลดการปล่อยมลพิษให้มาอยู่ในระดับที่มาตรฐานกำหนด เช่น การตักเตือนและกำหนดแนวทางร่วมกันในการแก้ไขปัญหา (มาตรการเบา) การสั่งให้หยุดประกอบกิจการ การก่อสร้าง หรือเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้อง (มาตรการหนัก)

With 'dust detectives' and 'inspection of factory pollution' policies, BMA will be able to detect offenders whose pollution emission exceeds the standard.

The BMA plans to take measures, from light to heavy ones, on entrepreneurs in order that they reduce pollution emissions to the standard level, such as warnings and joint guidelines for problem solution (light measures), termination of their operation and construction, and revocation of relevant permits (heavy measures).
