ปัจจุบันคุณครูต้องใช้เวลาไม่น้อยไปกับการทำงานเอกสารและรายงานไปยังหลายหน่วยงาน เช่น รายงานต่อผอ.โรงเรียน รายงานต่อสำนักการศึกษา และรายงานต่อกระทรวงศึกษา ซึ่งบางครั้งสิ่งที่ต้องรายงานใช้ข้อมูลชุดเดียวกันหรือใกล้เคียงกัน ยังไม่นับรวมว่าคุณครูมีภาระงานอื่นที่ไม่ได้เกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอน เช่น ดูแลงานธุรการและสถานที่ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของทางเขต เป็นต้น ภาระเหล่านี้ทำให้คุณครูจำเป็นต้องแบ่งเวลาในการเตรียมการสอนหรือการดูแลนักเรียนไปทำสิ่งอื่น ๆ 

ดังนั้นกทม.จะลดภาระงานเอกสารของคุณครู และคืนคุณครูให้กับนักเรียนผ่านกระบวนการดังนี้

  1. Digitalization : ยกเครื่องทั้งระบบ เปลี่ยนจากการทำงานบนกระดาษมาเป็นระบบดิจิทัล เพื่อคุณครูจะได้ไม่ต้องกรอกข้อมูลซ้ำซ้อนหากเป็นข้อมูลชุดเดียวกัน เพื่อช่วยลดเวลาและลดภาระงาน โดยมี Digital Talent เป็นผู้ช่วยฝึกและให้คำปรึกษาคุณครูด้านเทคโนโลยี

  2. คืนข้อมูลให้คุณครู : หน่วยงานหรือต้นสังกัดต้องสรุปข้อมูลที่ผ่านการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์แล้วกลับไปให้โรงเรียนและคุณครูเห็นผลลัพธ์เพื่อพัฒนาต่อยอด หากข้อมูลไหนที่คุณครูได้รับมอบหมายให้เก็บแต่ไม่มีความจำเป็นต้องใช้ให้ตัดออกเพื่อลดภาระงาน

Details

Currently, teachers spend a considerable amount of time on various documentations, such as reports to principal, local education authority, and to Ministry of Education. Most of the time these separate reports contain the similar, or even the same, set of information. Moreover, teachers are responsible for some other tasks like administrative work, maintenance of school facilities, or participation in district events which are not directly part of their education. These extra duties take away the time that teachers can otherwise spend focusing on preparing lessons for their students.

Therefore, the BMA will lighten the load on documentation work for teachers, giving them more time to focus on students and teaching, by means of:

  1. Digitalization, revamping the whole system, shifting from paper-based to digital platforms to eliminate repetitive documentations of the same data reducing the time needed from teachers. This will be done with the help from Digital Talent who will act as Technology mentors and consultant for teachers.

  2. Returning data to teachers, the related educational government agencies must summarize and analyze the data the teachers have submitted, then send it back to the schools and the teachers so that the feedback can be used for further improvement. Any unnecessary data that teachers are currently required to keep should be discharged from their responsibility to lighten their workload.
