กทม.จะเป็นตัวกลางในการประสานระหว่างเครือข่ายศิลปินในกรุงเทพ และหอศิลป์กรุงเทพฯ ในการร่วมกันพัฒนาวิชาศิลปะให้กับนักเรียนในสังกัด กทม. เพื่อให้วิชาศิลปะมีความน่าสนใจ ช่วยขยายกรอบความคิดสร้างสรรค์และการแสดงออกของนักเรียน นอกจากนี้ กทม.จะช่วยประสานระหว่างโรงเรียนและผู้จัดงานกิจกรรมเชิงศิลปวัฒนธรรมที่ถูกจัดขึ้นในพื้นที่ กทม. โดยเฉพาะที่จัดขึ้นจากนโยบาย เช่น นโยบาย ‘จัดแสดงงานศิลปะกลางแจ้งทุกมุมเมืองเป็นพื้นที่ศิลปะ’ ‘กรุงเทพฯ พื้นที่แห่งดนตรีและศิลปะการแสดง’ และการจัดแสดงงานศิลปะอื่น ๆ ในพื้นที่ของ กทม. หรือ กทม.เป็นผู้ประสานงานเพื่อให้นักเรียนได้มีโอกาสในการชมศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ซึมซับศิลปะใกล้ตัว (ในกรณีที่โรงเรียนสามารถจัดสรรเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการพานักเรียนออกนอกสถานที่ได้ พิจารณาการใช้เวลาในวิชาศิลปะ วิชาชมรม เพื่อให้กลุ่มนักเรียนที่สนใจได้เข้าถึงศิลปวัฒนธรรมมากยิ่งขึ้น)

BMA will be the middleman between the network of artists and art galleries in Bangkok in the development of art subjects for students in BMA-affiliated schools.
