สาธารณภัยและอัคคีภัยสร้างความเดือดร้อนและความสูญเสียต่อเนื่องแก่ผู้ได้รับผลกระทบ ทั้งต่อร่างกาย จิตใจ และความเสียหายของทรัพย์สิน 

เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันยับยั้งผลกระทบต่างๆ กทม.จะจัดหาบริการต่างๆ เฉพาะหน้า และดูแลต่อเนื่องให้ครอบคลุมประเด็นต่อไปนี้

  1. การจัดหาที่พักพิงชั่วคราว

  2. การจัดสรรเงินสงเคราะห์เบื้องต้น การเยียวยาความเสียหายของทรัพย์สินตามกรอบของกฎหมาย

  3. ให้บริการด้านการตรวจสุขภาพต่อเนื่องแก่ผู้เสียหาย ประชาชนที่ได้รับผลกระทบ เจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการ ในระยะเวลาหนึ่ง เช่น 1-3 เดือนแรก เพื่อลดผลกระทบทางสุขภาพระยะยาวที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้

  - Reduction and control of health impacts on residents and officers in time of disaster

Details

Disaster and fire have long-lasting effects on affected individuals as physical, mental and property damages cause suffering and loss.

To prevent and control these impacts, BMA plans to provide immediate and continued services covering the following:

  1. Provision of temporary shelter; 

  2. Allocation of initial support allowance and remedies for property damage within the legal framework;

  3. Provision of continuous health check-up services for the affected individuals, including residents and operating officers, for a specified period of time such as the first one to three months after the incident to reduce potential long-term health effects.
