คนกรุงเทพฯ ได้อะไร

  - เศรษฐกิจที่เติบโตขึ้นจะส่งผลดีกับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน

รายละเอียดนโยบาย 

ประเทศไทยมีโครงสร้างคณะกรรมการร่วมภาครัฐและเอกชนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเศรษฐกิจ (กรอ.)  ทั้งในส่วนกลางและส่วนกลุ่มจังหวัด

สำหรับพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบคือ กรอ. ส่วนกลาง ซึ่งดูแลโดยนายกรัฐมนตรี รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงต่าง ๆ ส่วนราชการระดับประเทศที่ดูแลเศรษฐกิจ ตัวแทนคณะกรรมการร่วมภาคเอกชน 3 สถาบัน (กกร.) (สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย และสมาคมธนาคารไทย) 

ในขณะที่จังหวัดอื่นมี กรอ.จังหวัด ซึ่งคณะกรรมการประกอบด้วยหลายภาคส่วนที่เป็นตัวแทนของจังหวัด เช่น ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด เป็นประธานกรรมการ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด ประธานหอการค้าจังหวัด ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัด ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวจังหวัด และประธานชมรมธนาคารจังหวัด เป็นรองประธานกรรมการ หัวหน้าสำนักงานจังหวัด เป็นกรรมการและเลขานุการ และกรรมการอื่น ๆ รวม 22 คน

ดังนั้น กทม.จะพัฒนาโครงสร้างคณะกรรมการร่วมภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเศรษฐกิจ กทม. (กรอ. กทม.) เพื่อร่วมกันจัดทำแนวนโยบายในการแก้ไขปัญหาเศรษฐกิจในพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ โดยเฉพาะ โดยมีองค์ประกอบได้แก่ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดกรุงเทพฯ ผอ.สำนักต่าง ๆ ใน กทม. ตัวแทนผู้ประกอบการในกรุงเทพฯ (ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ เช่น กลุ่มธุรกิจการค้า กลุ่มธุรกิจโรงแรม กลุ่มธุรกิจท่องเที่ยว) โดยข้อคิดเห็นที่ได้จะแบ่งเป็นส่วนที่ กทม.ดำเนินการได้เองทันที และส่วนที่ผู้ว่าฯ จะนำเสนอให้กับ กรอ.ส่วนกลางสำหรับส่วนที่ต้องอาศัยอำนาจของรัฐบาลในการดำเนินการเพิ่มเติม

In Thailand, Joint Public and Private Sector Consultative Committee (JPPSCC) have been established on both central and provincial levels.

The central JPPSCC, which is responsible for areas in Bangkok, is under the supervision of the Prime Minister, several ministries, national government agencies responsible for commerce, representatives of the Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry, and Banking (JSCCIB), which comprises of three private institutions, namely the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Thai Industries, the Thai Bankers’ Association, and the Governor of Bangkok. 

The BMA will propose the founding of Bangkok Joint Public and Private Sector Consultative Committee, in order to come up with policies aimed to particularly address economic problems in Bangkok. The committee will consist of the Governor of Bangkok, directors of several BMA agencies, representatives of business communities in Bangkok (from several industries, including trade, hospitality, and tourism). The directions the committee suggests will be categorized into two types: first, the ones that the BMA can proceed by itself, and those that need to be proposed to the central JPPSCC for further authorization from the government.
